Laura's WORSHIP Music

Due to demands of family, church, and life in general, we don't yet have an album of Worship Music to offer you.

But we will!

We have visions of offering two kinds of this music, perhaps three.

The first kind will be improvisations, of the type you may have heard on the last track of the Christmas Praise album. This is music where Laura just sits down at her keyboard, meditates a moment or two, and then lets the music flow. Laura does this pretty much every day, as it's one of the ways she worships.

We will record these sessions, and we'll select the best of them and compile them into a CD album, one that will be Music for Meditation and Worship. We know you'll love it.

The second kind of Worship Music we hope to offer here is a set of old favorite hymns, done up a la Laura, in her inimitable effervescent, radiant, and worshipful style. We have several hymns already in mind to include on this first album, and I know you probably have favorites of your own as well. If you'd like, you can write to us on the CONTACT page, and tell us which hymns are your favorites. We can't promise we'll include everyone's favorite, but we'll certainly consider them all.

After all, we can only fit about 10 to 15 tunes on a CD, depending on how long each of them is.

The possible third kind of Worship music we might include here is contemporary Worship. We can't promise we'll do that, because there are a lot of copyright issues to consider, permissions to obtain, fees to pay, etc. If you have some favorite contemporary tunes you'd like to hear done up a la Laura, write and let us know, and we will definitely consider it. If we get a few thousand people, for example, all requesting "Open the Eyes of My Heart" or "Breath of Heaven," we might just have to do whatever's necessary to bring it to you.
